Peninsula R&B Festival August 16 – 17, 2024

To our potential 2024 sponsors:

PRBF is the main fundraiser for North Coast Productions, a 501c3 dedicated to producing destination events to help generate revenue for our local economy here “at the end of the world”.  Our community focus is to offer a direct helping hand to our three local food pantries (Ocean Park, Ilwaco and Chinook) as well as the Ilwaco High School music program.  This year the festival will again hold the “R&B Food Drive” with festival guests who are able to donate two or three non-perishable food items, to please bring them day of and help us fill the donation barrels at the admissions gate. They go directly from the festival to the pantry shelves.  

PRBF has many levels of sponsorships available. Due to these opportunities being offered so close to our 2024 event, about our special offer of an extra incentive for our top levels to become 2025 sponsors as well in our newly offered bundle that will give you exposure throughout the coming year and give you more bang for your advertising buck.    

 In this economic climate, we strongly encourage in-kind and bartering and will gladly talk trades of goods and services, loans of equipment, tents and pop ups—it’s great exposure for fans to see your business name on a pop up, by the way.  Donations of catered food Friday and Saturday for the artists green room, the VIP tent (snacks, appetizers, salads, sandwich supplies, chips & dips, soft drinks, bottled water, etc.) and for crew and volunteer lunches Thursday, Friday and Saturday (pizzas, sandwich fixings, snacks, etc.) are always helpful. What’ve you got? Let’s put our heads together and see what we can come up with to help us fill the shelves on those in those pantries and boost the music program at Ilwaco High…    The festival will show our appreciation for your generosity by providing weekend passes as a thank you.
