In Memory of our Founder, Clint Carter 1955-2025. Gone from us much too soon.
Welcome to our 8th Annual Festival!

8th Anniversary Peninsula Blues Festival
We are proud to announce that our “little festival at the end of the world” was nominated for the prestigious “Best NW Event” award by the Cascade Blues Association, along with Sonny Hess’ annual NW Women Rhythm & Blues Holiday Show, and the Winter Blues Music Festival. We are beyond honored to have even been on the ballot with these wonderful events. To tie with Sonny for the win never even crossed our minds. Thank you to the CBA and to the loyal fans, sponsors, crew and volunteers who continue to help make Clint’s dream come true every year.
The 8th Annual Peninsula Blues Festival takes place August 15-16, 2025 on the grounds of the Port of Peninsula, overlooking beautiful Willapa Bay. Our campground, available exclusively to festival patrons, is next door at Morehead Park…the festival gate is just a three minute stroll. Our musical line-up showcases award winning NW talent, as well as several international artists. We are repeating our “R&B Food Drive” this year, asking that festival guests who are able to please bring two or three non-perishable food items to help fill the donation barrels at the admissions gate, benefiting our three local food pantries.
Once again, we are privileged to showcase the “NW Primo Vino Wine Experience”, sponsored and curated by The Virginia Blues Boys. The pavilion offers a variety of premium wines, with the proceeds generously donated by the VBB’s and benefiting our food pantries.
Adult Beverages: Clint’s Cantina, our beverage trailer, offers domestic and craft beer selections, as well as ciders, seltzers, wine, and Sangria. Fine wines may be purchased at the Virginia Blues Boys NW Primo Vino Wine Experience Pavilion directly across from the Cantina.
Food Vendors:
Scallywags Fish and Chips
Coastal Class Crepes

PRBF is a fundraiser for North Coast Productions, a 501c3, with a goal of helping keep food on the shelves of our area food pantries, supporting the Ilwaco High School music program, and attracting tourism to our beautiful spot here “at the end of the world”.
